Nope... I'm not going to be so quick to bellow about Tinsley this time. Remember, he was trying to remove himself from the hostile situation. The winning design will immortalize the "Malice at the Palace" in bronze and marble, surrounded by several smaller scenes of Pacers players brandishing firearms. This decision seems to be popular with most local residents; however, a group of concerned women in Carmel have protested the strip club section of the monument and demanded that several of the bronze figures be covered with unflattering one-piece swimsuits.
